Attending: Mrs. Mehallis , Mr.Zayas, Mrs.Conner  &  Mr. Sabulsky .  Absent: Mr. Acomb

There were no public comments.  The Superintendent did not make a report.

-Treasure’s Report-We are at our High Water Mark right now.  Meaning, there are more funds available right now BUT, expect it to go down next year.

-The Board Accepted 3 Resignations

-Awarded Supplemental and Extended Time Contracts for both District and Non-District Personnel

-Employed Substitute Teachers for 2022-23

-Awarded a One Year Limited Contract to Donna Seitzer, Harmon Middle School Interventionist

-Approved Out of State Overnight Field Trip for 8th Grade, Oct.26-28th to Washington D.C.

-Established Lunch Prices for 2022-23:  K-5 $3,  6-8 $3.50, Gr.9-12 $3.50, Adult $4.20, Milk $.50
